Deanna really took charge of the entire process, recommending the best ways to photograph our home and methods to show it to the very best of its potential. When we received competing offers, she expertly negotiated with the other realtors, keeping us informed throughout the process, providing us good advice. I appreciated the showing app, which allowed us to track who showed the property. My only criticism of the process is that visiting realtors don't follow up and provide comments that could help us show the property better or make changes. This was frustrating but Deanna would contact those realtors for feedback. In the end, we sold our lovely $800K property for just under the asking price., with backup offers. We were very satisfied.
